So far so good. These have really good flavor and lasts surprisingly long. I started using them to distract me from food or alcohol cravings. For me they do what I need them to do. Impressed with long lasting flavor though as I thought I'd get 15 min or so. Could be 2 hours a pouch!
Have tried 3 different ones, Alpha, Alpha Fuel, & Alpha Mushrooms and they are all great. I use them now when I hit the gym and I am an absolute fan of them.
Cinnamon is the best! The burn and flavor completely hides the initial hit of nicotine making it not a gross or overwhelming flavor. Wintergreen is good but it does leave a powdery residue in your can. Love the flavor and how long these last. Also love the fact there’s less than 10 ingredients

I work in sales and use these right before a work meeting. They work great and have a good texture
I enjoy the flavor and definitely give me the clean energy I need without getting jittery. The only downside is I’m going through them quite rapidly. They are really good for driving and keeping me alert.

Use for a bit, nice little rush and I guess I could concentrate better. I will use again. Nice taste, pouches are just the right size

They work well and have good flavor. Not the same as drinking an energy drink but instead give you a more steady boost of energy.

I've tried to quit nicotine pouches many times in the past, and it is always day 2 and 3 that wreck my cold-turkey start. The intense cravings, mood swings, and irritation inevitably bring me back to nicotine. I bought these on a whim and decided to see how long I could go without buying another zyn can. I am currently on Day 6! I won't lie, these do not take all of the withdrawal symptoms away. The headaches, itchy gums, and sleep issues are still there. But the mood stabilizers and calming effect of these pouches take away the severity of the psychological symptoms, making it easier to stick to the quit. Will be buying again!
